Welcome to Pencil Designs! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1.1. By accessing our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.
1.2. Pencil Designs reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2.1. Pencil Designs offers graphic design services, including but not limited to branding, social media design, marketing materials, and custom illustrations.
2.2. All deliverables are created based on the client’s specifications and agreed upon in the project brief.
3.1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the project fee is required before work begins.
3.2. Final payment must be made upon project completion and before the release of final files.
3.3. Payments can be made via the methods specified in your invoice or as agreed.
4.1. Clients must provide clear and complete project requirements, including content, images, and brand guidelines.
4.2. Timely feedback and approvals are necessary to ensure the project remains on schedule.
5.1. The client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement.
5.2. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.
6.1. Upon full payment, ownership of the final design transfers to the client.
6.2. Pencil Designs retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise.
7.1. If a project is canceled after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment proportional to the work completed.
7.2. Deposits are non-refundable.
8.1. Pencil Designs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs.
8.2. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all provided content complies with copyright and trademark laws.
9.1. Both parties agree to keep all project details and sensitive information confidential.
10.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo Governorate.
